The unique terminal of the Daocheng Yading Airport is very sensitive to the wind loads ,due to its high
altitude location. A wind tunnel test was performed by employing a 1∶ 100 rigid pressure model,and three important
coefficients of measured surface pressure points in twenty-four wind angles,i. e. ,shape coefficient,average wind
pressure coefficient and displacement wind vibration coefficient,were obtained; and more,the rule of the wind-load
parameters in the different wind angles were discussed in detail. The result demonstrates that in the arbitrary direction
angle,average wind pressure coefficients in the most of structure regional are negative and the roof is subjected to the
upward suction. In addition,the displacement wind vibration coefficients are stable,while only the head center areas'
average wind load coefficient and displacement wind vibration coefficient are larger,which need to be checked with
large wind pressure coefficient.
