CONTROL MEASURES FOR ADVERSE IMPACTS ON THE NEARBY MAIN ENTRANCE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL BUILDING IN SHANGHAI CHENSHAN BOTANICAL GARDEN CAUSED BY THE WEST TALL FILL

  • The tallest fill was located in the nearby entrance multi-functional building that was one of the important buildings in Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden.Original solution was modified completely due to the pressing time limit and the rise pile cap design scheme was adopted finally.Based on the analysis of the adverse impacts on pile foundation of the main building caused by the tall fill at embankment piles area,the reasonable construction sequence was found.
