TMD CONTROL RESEARCH OF HIGH-RISE REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAME SUBJECTED TO RECTANGULAR CYCLIC IMPULSE EXCITATION

  • Taking a gasification furnace workshop in Yima as investigated object,using the finite-element program ANSYS,the response of the structure under rectangular cyclic impulse excitation is researched. The TMD control system is designed, and the gasification furnace is considered as inertial mass of the system. The dynamic performance of the frame structure with the TMD control system was analyzed. The results show that the structural responses under the excitation are effectively reduced by 60% at least by the TMD system.
