In order to study the mechanical performance of internal stretch forming lattice structure (ISFL) being influenced by forming method,two methods one is tensioning group by group and the other is tensioning simultaneously step by step,were put forward.Based on the effect on structural moment of upper chord by tensioning method,the mechanical characteristic about structural moment distribution and comparison were fully analyzed by using ANSYS finite element program.The study shows that method tensioning group by group is a feasible program from the point of moment affected by tensioning method.On the forming process of ISFL,the moment is mainly distributed on the middle span,and well-proportioned along structural span.Additionally,it is important to reasonably select structural configuration of the middle of a ISFL.
