Taking a typical 3-storey existing residential house in southern region of Jiangsu as a research object,the effectiveness of energy-saving is analyzed after roofs,wall,doors and windows of the residential house is upgraded and the key factor is presented.The optimal design schemes are proposed and the limited values of the coefficient of thermal transmission are recommended at the rate of energy-saving of 25% and 50% in building enclosure.
