Rehabilitation of RC members with stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar is a new method on structural strengthening.The research of the method indicates that debonding failure of reinforced layer is one of the main failure modes.The key of the successful rehabilitation is that how to ensure the bond performance between polymer mortar and concrete.The experimental studies on the tensile bond strength between polymer mortar and concrete are carried out,and the tensile bond performance between polymer mortar and concrete is analyzed,and the influence of concrete strength,interface roughness concentration,curing age and position of the repaired on the bond strength is expounded.The tensile bond strength formula is presented.
