EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON PRESTRESS LOSS IN TECHNIQUE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE STRENGTHENED WITH PRESTRESSED CFRP SHEETS

  • The technique of concrete structure strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet is an effective technique with a bright future.Prestress loss is an important problem in this technique.It is analyzed the production mechanism of long loss because of deformation of drawing machine,pasting CFRP sheet,releasing CFRP sheet,and the material's property.In the experiment the prestress loss of releasing CFRP sheet is discussed in detail,relevant factors including prestressed degree,anchorage treatments,and layers of CFRP sheets are analyzed.Finally it is also given the equation of calculating effective prestress and some advice of decreasing the prestress loss.
