The measured Youngc's modulus of lightweight aggregate concrete using Lytag as coarse aggregate is lower than that calculating from existing empirical formula. T hrough experiment, another empirical formula is established, which is suitable for calculating Youngc s modulus of Lytag concrete. By comparing with relevant data from domestic and foreign codes, the empirical formula is proved to be reliable.
