  • It is analyzed that the construction sty les, behavior and influence factors for commonly used steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints.According to the existing test data on joints, this paper co mpares several formulas in our country of calculating the shear-carrying capaci ty on joints__especially the formulas prescribed by Specification for Desi gn of Steel Reinforced Concrete(YB 9082-97) and Technical Specification f or Steel Reinforced Concrete Composite Structures(JGJ 138-2001).The inadequac y in our studies on steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints is pointed out .
