ANALYSIS OF CHARACTERISTICS OF SETTLEMENT TROUGH INDUCED BY SHIELD CONSTRUCTION IN SOFT SOIL AREA

This paper analyzes the characteristics of settlement trough induced by shield construction in soft soil area in Shangha i based on test data in situ.The shape of the trough, the relationship betw een trough and depth of tunnel, trough evolvement with time and relationship bet ween trough wide coefficient and tunnel depth and time are profoundly researched mainly using the methods of statistics, fitting, comparison and drawing etc. Fr om which the conclusions which are of important guidance to soft soil area are obtained.
