Impact of Metro Rail Project Complexity on Leading Indicators of Construction Safety

  • 摘要: 地铁工程复杂性给施工安全管理带来了严峻挑战,但现有研究尚未明确其对安全领导力与安全文化等施工安全先行指标的具体影响机制。基于复杂系统理论与LCB(领导力-文化-行为)理论,通过结构方程模型分析了26个地铁项目的238份管理人员问卷数据,揭示工程复杂性对安全领导力与安全文化的差异化影响路径。结果表明:工程复杂性会显著削弱安全领导力与安全文化;技术复杂性与组织复杂性共同对安全领导力产生负面影响;组织复杂性与环境复杂性共同对安全文化产生显著负面影响,组织复杂性同时对两类施工安全先行指标产生显著负面影响。研究揭示了地铁工程复杂性对施工安全先行指标的影响机制,成果拓展了LCB理论在复杂工程场景的应用,为系统性管控工程复杂性提供了实证依据。
