Abstract

Abstract

Both energy conservation and environmental protection are the consistent policy of Germany government. In Germany, special attention is paid to energy conservation in building . In C hina, energy conservation in building becomes encouraged by the government. It is concluded that the pattern and idea of building design should be reformed; new technology be used, as well as the combination of architectural technology with its art should also be carried out.
