    Abstract
  • Taking some disperse old industrial areas in different districts of a city as research object and viewing from special angles involving function transformation，building reuse orientation and their relation，merging into city，it was summarized several typical regeneration patterns，which appeared as being center district，being creative industry area， being art area，and being public services． By analyzing some influence factors of forming these regeneration patterns， including geographical location，economic environment and other external conditions，as well as the characteristics of location，the basic characteristics of different patterns and the possible range of application were summarized．
