  • An experiment was carried out of five prestressed concrete beams after different cycles of freeze-thawing to investigate the impact law of freeze-thaw on the load bearing property of specimens. The test results showed that with the number of freeze-thaw increasing, the flexural failure process of specimens speeded up, the ultimate bearing capacity and crack resistance of the specimens gradually decreased, the limit deformation and ductility ability also decreased when the specimens damaged, the specimens had a brittle failure trend. Finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the bearing property of specimens after freeze-thaw,the results showed that the loaddeflection curve of numerical simulation mated with test results well, and the numerical model could truly reflect the load bearing property of the specimens after freeze-thaw.
