RESEARCH ON THE STOREY DAMAGE MODLE OF RC FRAME STRUCTURE UNDER SEISMIC EXCITATION

  • The structural damage which is caused by seismic excitation is cumulated with the increment of cyclic loading times.Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and overseas research on the storey damage models, the conclusion that the law of the storey damage evolution can be reflected better in the component level than in the overall structure level is presented.With the finite element program ABAQUS, the different degrees of damage produced by the change of the main design parameters of components such as the effect of floors and the axial-compression ratio are simulated.The law of the storey damage evolution affected by the component damage is revealed.And the storey damage model of RC frame structure is finally established.
