  • The development of BIM in China is still at the primary stage.The scope of application is mainly limited within the design phase, whose purpose is to build a three-dimension model, which is far from what is expected.Based on the present situation, it was analyzed the application concept of BIM at the design phase in order to promote effectively the use of BIM, and then pointed out the problems during the use of BIM, which were also summarized for optimizing the design process.
