STANDARD UNIT OF COMBINATION AND THE STANDARD GRID OF COLUMN OF RURAL RESIDENCE

To achieve the housing industry is based on the premise of the standardization of residential design．And to implement the module coordination and integrate the industrial chain resources are key task in the standardization of residential design．Therefore,with the graphical method under the modulus co-ordination principle,it was proposed the basic concept of combined unit of rural residence by analyzing the life content of the principal room,wing room,kitchen and bathroom．Then,the graphic of standard units'combination was created by the unit concept,and the standard grid of columns was created by the graphic of standard units'combination．Finally,the modulus relationship of the standard design was established．Based on the standard combination of units and the standard grid of column,it was discussed the compound mode and its spatial characteristics of the standard components．Which would solve the contradiction between standardization and diversity．
