THE STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF HIGH-RISE OFFICE BUILDINGS ON THE BACKGROUND OF HIGH-DENSITY AND SMALL LAND PARCEL IN CITY

Taking the design of Shanghai Xinhuadong International Office Building for example, it is explored the way to design the high-rise office buildings on the background of high-density and small land parcel in city from the angle of urban design.Firstly, it is explored the master plan of Shanghai Xinhuadong International Office Building based on the sunshine analysis.Secondly, it is probed into the effective methods to improve the environment qualities of the public spaces nearly to the ground of the high-rise office building combining with theory of microfilming strategy Finally, it is concluded that in the design of a high-rise office building in this kind of environment much attention should be paid to the microfilming compartmentalize, opening hole, human nature and meticulous treatment in order to attain harmonious relations with the city．
