STUDY ON THE SEISMIC PERFORMANCE AND LATERAL STIFFNESS OF OPEN-HOLE ECO-COMPOSITE WALL

  • Eco-composite wall acting as the main bearing member of the Eco-composite wall structure is made up ofconcealed frame and eco-composite slab.Due to the significant impact of the hole on the lateral stiffness of the wall, through test of 1/2 model of open-hole eco-composite wall and that without open-hole, it was compared their failuremode and seismic performance.Through validated numerical modeling, the wall extension trial was established, andthe degree of impact factors on resist lateral stiffness of open-hole eco-composite wall was analyzed and the formula oflateral stiffness of open-hole eco-composite wall was set up, and the correctness of the formula was verified, throughthe test and the results of numerical and theoretical calculations.Comparing the results of theoretical calculations withtest ones shows that the formula of lateral stiffness of open-hole eco-composite wall has a certain accuracy, which canmeet the project requirements.
