Abstract
Industrial heritage is an important part of urban cultural heritages,which has historic,cultural,scientific technical,aesthetic and ecological value.In the paper,the actual problems of creative industrial parks in Shanghai are analyzed.On the base of which,the actuality and measures of protecting industrial heritage are further researched.
