Abstract
Recently,the planning and construction of ecological residential district occurs prevalently in China.However,since such district is still in its primary stage domestically,there is no clear definition and no unified system of evaluation,which can give rise to some misunderstandings.It is descibed three main kinds of misunderstandings and,combined with the examples in China and abroad,it is also analyzed the strategy of ecological residential district constructions.
