Based on the static test of large-scaled prestressed steel concrete frames, the crack resistance of such frame beams was tested and investigated. In this paper, according to theory of reinforced concrete members and the formulas of crack resistance in Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 500102002)and code ACI 31805, the formulas of cracking moment considering secondary axial forces were deduced and verified by test results. Conclusion can be drawn as follows: the calculation error of formulas derived from theory of reinforced concrete members is small, generally less than 6%;the error of formulas derived from GB 500102002 is about 10%, which can meet the needs of engineering and simply to be calculated;cracking moment calculated by formulas derived from code ACI 31805 is less than test result, it is unsafe for engineering application.
