Abstract
Aimed at the inclined concrete-filled steel tubular columns with circle sections in an existing skyscraper,finite element model was set up on the machanical behaviour of this structure.A set of test data was used to verify the finite element model.Generally,good agreement was achieved.Based on the finite element analysis,the interaction between steel tube and concrete,as well as failure mode was primarily analyzed.
