Abstract

Abstract

The industrial land couldn't be arranged dogmatically by wind rose,down the main wind-direction or up the minimum wind-frequency.The industrial land layout should lay vertically and occupy windward wind in the areas with only one rotate direction of wind.It should conform wind axis horizontally in the areas with two rotate directions of wind.It should consider wind speed in the areas that hasn't one rotate direction of wind.It should focus on distribution and keep the residential area away from the industrial land in the areas with no rotate direction of wind.
