In view of the characteristic of hyperboloid structure of digestion tank space,formwork system,which consists of adjustable steel formwork unit,annular thread steel bars back support,radioactive amplitude bar rack,new type counterpulling bolt bar,can be used for construction of hyperboloid concrete structure.The said system can adapt to the section variation of any elevation and has the advantages of easy processing,simple assembly and repeated usage,efficient installation,precise formation of concrete and having even good looking in external shape,which can resolve the difficulty in the construction of abnormity structure formwork,increase working efficiency and reduce the cost.The formed concrete is condense internally and smooth in external shape,the indexes of various performances meet the requirements of design.
