The experiment on fatigue behavior of steel crane beam strengthened by CFRP has been carried out.In the paper,six steel beams are tested with different loads and reinforcement schemes.The result shows that fatigue damage of steel crane beam is brittle,whose stiffness will be decreased shapely and damage will accumulate largely when beam is close to fatigue failure.It also shows the fatigue life of steel crane beam strengthened by CFRP sheet can be increased by 52.94% ~ 85.56% as compared to un-reinforced of steel members.Load-strain curves and damage accumulated factor curves have been drawn.
