Qinghai Province is located in a arctic region,where most of the formers and herdsmen have poor resident conditions with backward economy,who have only original mode of energy with single structure.There also is a had lack of energy in the region.Passive solar heating technology is the applied one that is relatively simple,practical,effective,and can compete with conventional energy sources.It is analyzed in-depth the actual use of passive solar heating technology by way of an investigation on partial passive solar projects in Qinghai Province.
