INSTALLATION PLANNING AND TECHNOLOGY OF QUINCUNCIAL LONG-SPAN STEEL CONSTRUCTION

The Wuxi Technology Center has a special,complex ever-changing steel roof structure,which is highly hard to be constructed. Installation planning is formulated according to steel installation characteristic of the project.The main procedures of the construction program are as follows: the truss is installed first to form a closed construction area; and then the members of the network shell are erected,three closure mouths are set apart; the last part of the installation is the cable domes. So the quincuncial steel roof can be installed accurately.
