Space truss structure is widely applied in practical engineering as a space structure. Based on traditional pre-stressing space truss structure,the concept of tensegrity system is introduced into space truss structure to form a cable supported space truss structure is formed and its architectural effect is superior. Classification form of the cable supported space truss structure is given. It is comparatively studied the characteristics of the cable supported space truss structure and the space truss string structure,the concept of the evacuation cable supported space truss structure is proposed. The static and dynamic behavior of the evacuation cable supported space truss structure is researched.At last,characteristics and application of the cable supported evacuation space truss structure are introduced.
