EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DYNAMIC PROPERTY OF CONTROLLABLE DAMPING-VISCOUS DAMPER

  • A new type controllable damping-viscous damper is designed and manufactured,whose dynamic property is tested by a full-size model. It is examined that its working frequency range and its dynamic mechanical characteristics. The results of this test show that the hysteretic curves have a full figure,state of working is stable,and its typical characteristics of transformable damping can be found easily.
