The needs of mentality by people are increasing with a rapid development of cities. As a pattern of the consideration and perception for architectures,phenomenology is forming a new architectural concept; and site mentalityis also becoming gradually a hot spot concerned by building circles. According to the architectural design of Walker Cultural and Commercial Street in Haolishan District of Taian,it is explored how to tap the intension and historical atmosphere of site culture during the design,and architectural language is used to explain the site mentality.
