At present,the regeneration of historical industrial field is an important research project in the urban regeneration.From the view of uncertainty,this paper explores this research combined with the regeneration design of area of the National Third Cotton Mill in Zhengzhou.The design resisted massive reconstruction,preserved the previous mill buildings and members;furthermore the collage style and micro-circulation pattern were used,which embodied mutable,dynamic,holistic and stretch design thoughts as well as the design concept of mixed symbiosis and flexible diversification.
