The non-stationary Kanai-Tajimi model is adopted to simulate the earthquake ground acceleration. In order to describe the intrinsic behavior of the isolation and the structure,a smooth hysteretic restoring model(Bouc-Wen) is introduced. The parameter analysis of the non-linear story isolation structure simulated by two-degree of freedom model is proposed using the equivalent stochastic linearization method. The results demonstrate that the earthquake responses of the story isolation structure are attenuated by shifting the structure's nature vibration characteristic and by the energy dissipation of isolation.Different mass ratio has different focus on control mechanism.
