The multifunctional report hall for Beijing North Station is a one-way beam string structure. A lot of construction simulation and plan demonstration are carried out. A truss is installed and the cable is tensioned to 70 percentage of the design force on the ground.After raising and slipping the truss,the prestressing is carried out for the second and third time. The proposed method for the construction of beam string structure. It is not only reasonable in technology,but also can reduce the cost.
