Abstract

Abstract

The desired pouring quality of core concrete is quite important to ensure the strength of concrete,as well as the composite action between the steel tube and its core concrete,and thus to make concrete filled steel tube works safely in a structural system.This paper is an attempt to use the process method(this method emphases on controlling the results by controlling process) presented in ISO9000 Quality Management System Standards to control the pouring quality of core concrete in concrete-filled steel tube.The method introduced in this paper maybe reference for concrete filled steel tubular engineering project.
