Through the analysis and study of non-uniformly distributed strain coefficients of reinforced concrete bending members under serviceability limit state, we build a reduced computation model is set and up a reduced computation formula of steel strain non-uniform coefficients is also deduced. The results are confirmed with the results of the empirical formula in the present standard code. This method offers a new theoretic calculation method for the empirical formula in the present standard code.
