Based on the analysis of integral collapse of a reinforced concrete silo, through a series of finite element analysis examples, it is discussed the interaction mechanism of the superstructure and the foundation for the reinforced concrete silo, and is proposed some individual viewpoints for the present design method. At last, it is put forward that some suggestions on this question of this structure design.
