The resource circulation housing is a new kind of the sustainable housing, it can embody the request of building energy-saving much more. From the angle of entire life cycle, this paper discusses the energy-saving construction main point and measures of the resource circulation housing during its whole course of scheme and proposal, layout and design, build and construction, running, backout, disposal and regeneration.
