Abstract

Abstract

An overall detection of the main mill building structure for a steelmaking plant was carried out according to the technical reform. It was proposed that the feasible suggestions on conditions that could not meet the requirements of codes or those were not faverable for technical reform. The experience of the detection may be a reference for similar projects.
