Abstract
State- o-f the- art of renovation and reuse of existing industrial buildings in China and overseas is studied.For sustainable development of our city and society, the strategy of renovation and reuse of ex isting industrial buildings, especially those in Expo.2010 Park is put forward as: upgrade of performance, betterment of structure, preservation of culture and sustainable usage.By which sustainable development of the city and building industry can be ensured.
