Based on 3 factors of stud diameter and concrete intensity and steel fibre, orthogonal push -off tests of weldedstud shear connectorswere conducted. The analysis of range and variance shows that the steel fiber inside concrete has noeffect on ultimate carrying capacity and shear rigidity of stud. Shear rigidity of stud increases as concrete intensity. Therelation between shear rigidity and slip is hyperbolic function. Formulae calculating ultimate carrying capacity and shearrigidity of stud are given. The repeat load tests show that the slip is no comeback with unloading even if low -shear.
