Abstract
Bottom frame is a common structural form.A new antiseismic method by setting shock insulation in conversion layer is presented in order to avoid setting too many earthquake resisting walls.The dynamic equation of structure is set up and antiseismic characteristic of this structure affected by variable parameters is analysed.The distinct antiseismic effect can be obtained after chosing rational parameters of damping component.
