It is attempted to study the compressive behavior of curved concrete-filled circular steel tubular struts.Nonlinear finite element analysis softwareABAQUS is used for the analysis of load versus deformation relations of the strut members.The calculated results show generally good agreement with the test results.The failure mode of curved concrete-filled steel tubular struts is compared with that of empty curved steel tubes.The behavior of the curved composite members are analyzed and discussed.
