ANALYSIS OF THE DISPLACEMENTS OF UNDERGROUND PIPELINES CAUSED BY SHIELD CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
Considering the coupled action of soil, underground pipelines, shield shell and tunnel lining, with software of ANSYS, a three dimensional finite element method is used to analyze the displacements of underground pipelines caused by shield construction. Displacements of underground pipelines affected by the propelling force of shield, distance between working face of shield and pipelines as well as injected slurry etc are studied.
