Based on the high theory of reinforced concrete,the all course analysis of normal section under load for the steel fiber reinforced concrete flexural members is researched.With the thickness of steel fiber reinforced concrete layer,the unified calculating method is put forward, which is suitable for the normal reinforced concrete flexural members,the steel fiber reinforced partial concrete flexural members and the steel fiber reinforced whole concrete flexural members.Furthermore, the unified all course analysis programme is made.
