Abstract

Abstract

Technology reform of enterprise production process certainly leads to modification of original general plan design with development and progress of economics, science and people'value notion.Reform and renewal of general plan not only stress connecting relation of all consisting factors of old general plan and new one,coordinating and unification but also have specific feature of times trend of plants so as to form a regenerating synthesized -body of a general plan with inheriting and renvoation.
