IN-PLANE GLOBAL STABILITY OF SPACE LATTICE TILTED COLUMN FRAME OF TRIANGLE SECTION

  • Based on the geometric non-linear analysis, the in-plane global stability of Space Lattice Tilted Column Frame of Triangle Section(SLTCF)is studied. Using orthogonal design method, the load-displacement whole deforming path analysis of the SLTCF with common dimensions is carried out. Factors that have very great effect on the in-plane stability loading capacity and the effective-length are obtained. According to lots of parameter analyses, the calculation tables for determining the effective-length of the SLTCF, which is of practical engineering value, are proposed.
