Reinforced concrete frame structures are widely used for industrial and civil buildings.Today in China, there are still a lot of ones that dont conform to the requiremets of earthquake fortification intensity.Therefore, a comprehensive seismic evaluation is important.Since the earthquake resistant capacity of reinforced concrete frames is influenced by many factors, the evaluation is a complicated and difficult work for engineers.The expert systems described in this paper will complete the evaluation not only efficiently but also comprehensively and more precisely.
