NONLINEAR ANALYSIS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE MEMBERS WITH IRREGULAR SHAPE SECTIONS SUBJECTED TO BIECCENTRIC COMPRESSION

  • A new and simplified numerical integration method of sections is suggested, and the secant stiffness and tangent stiffness calculation simple formulation of reinforced concrete members under bieccentric compression is derived, based on nonlinear behavior of materials and geometry. Using this method, nonlinear analysis of some reinforced concrete members under bieccentric compression are taken by tracing full path.The theoretical results correspond well with experimental data.
