Abstract
Compared with several structural schemes, we found the strongpoints of a floor system with prestressed concrete sandwich plates, such as lightweight, strong ability to resist crack and low cost. This structural system has a great future.Based on a engineering practice, we give some advices on the design of a floor with prestressed concrete sandwich plates.
